NEW! Continuing Education Credit for International Journal of Eating Disorders Articles
Pilot Program
The Academy for Eating Disorders is pleased to announce a new pilot program offering continuing education credit with the International Journal of Eating Disorders (IJED) for one article per issue. This program is being in 2008 to gauge the interest of IJED’s readers. Therefore, if you want this program to continue, we need your participation. This program begins with the January 2008 issue of IJED.
Participation in this program is simple and convenient. Read the article either from your print or online Journal, or access the article link via the quiz vendor’s Web site.

There are currently two articles available, with an additional article to be added from each forthcoming issue. The articles available are:

To locate the article, select “Courses,” then “Advanced Search” from the top menu bar of the vendor’s site. Next, search using the Course ID #.
After reading the article, complete the online quiz. Upon completion of the quiz, a certificate will be automatically generated and provided online. There is no waiting for a certificate to arrive by mail!
Continuing Education Credit Types Available: Select “Info,” then “CE Approvals” from the top menu bar.
Fee: $17 per article of 1 CE credit, or become a member of the CE credit Web site to obtain unlimited yearly access to over 700 courses available.
